您的帳戶資料及會員身份將保持不變。登入方式及產品目錄亦會於新系統中延續。 Your account information and membership status will remain unchanged. Login method and product catalogue will carry over.

常見問題

我需要做甚麼嗎？

購物金、點數和會員等級會自動轉移，無需任何操作。如果您持有禮品卡，請在 3 月 31 日前使用或聯絡客服轉換。Store credit, points, and membership tier transfer automatically. Gift card holders: use by 31 March or contact CS.

禮品卡可以退款嗎？

禮品卡不設退款，但可以轉換為新網店購物金。請於 3 月 31 日前聯絡 cs@singdr.com 或 WhatsApp 9252 6266 安排。Non-refundable, but convertible to store credit. Contact cs@singdr.com or WhatsApp 9252 6266.

新網店需要重新註冊嗎？

不需要。您的帳戶會自動遷移，届時只需要透過「忘記密碼」重新設定密碼。No. Your account migrates automatically. You'll just need to use 'Forgot Password' to reset once.

我的會員等級會受影響嗎？

不會。您的會員等級會原封不動搬到新系統，所有會員權益維持不變。以遷移日期（2026年2月25日）起計算，銀會員將享有 12 個月有效期，金會員將享有 24 個月有效期。No. Your membership tier and all benefits will be carried over unchanged. Starting from the migration date (25 Feb 2026), Silver members will have a 12-month validity period, and Gold members will have a 24-month validity period.
